I have a property and need a roommate.

My roommate Sharon and I are looking to rent one of the bedrooms in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Bell Meadowmont (https://www.bellapartmentliving.com/nc/chapel-hill/bell-meadowmont/index.aspx) . We are both 4th year medical students at UNC and have lived in the townhouse for the past three years. You would have your own bedroom but share a bathroom. Short term option to rent for 1-4 months (available now through 6/1/19). Rent is $600/month which includes utilities (utilities: electric, water, trash, and internet). We are both neat (especially in the common areas), do not smoke, and have two friendly cats. Besides the available room, the apartment is completely furnished! We have a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is plenty of parking in the complex. Bell Meadowmont is a nice neighborhood with a business office with study rooms (free printing!), a pool, outdoor grills, outdoor fireplaces, and a gym. Easy access to UNC by V bus (or to the Friday Center routes- FCX and S). If you are interested or would like more information please let me know! My email is dscherme@med.unc.edu.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a UNC graduate student living in a 2-bed/2-bath apartment at Chapel Ridge on MLK! 2.5 miles from campus with 3 buses, including the NS. Rent is $795 per person, all inclusive (furnished, internet, utilities, etc.). I don't have any pets but I live in a pet-friendly building if you have one (I am allergic to long-haired dogs though). Attached is a pic of the floor plan. The lease starts in August. My current roommate is considering subletting this summer, so you might be able to move in sooner, but her plans aren't set in stone yet. Ideally looking for a girl roommate, upperclassman or grad student! Message me if interested or email me @ julia_skinner@med.unc.edu

I have a property and need a roommate.

My roommate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to sign a new lease with me in my current place, starting mid May of 2019. About the place: The unit is a 2BR/1BA condo managed by Coulter properties (https://coulterpropertymanagement.com/). It is located near University Place (Silversplot theatre) and is well-connected by buses (the D, F and G line) to campus. The place itself is slightly old hence, and hence the rent is super cheap. I pay 382/month (+ utilities) right now, but it could likely increase when we sign a new lease. I personally think that this location is excellent. A Community center, Park, Theater, Library, Restaurant and Groceries are all within walking distance of the place. Since the place is old, there are sometimes issues like the water heater stops working, but Coulter properties are prompt at fixing them. I have been living here for 2 years and would like to continue to stay for the next year. About Me: I am a 3rd year, Male, PhD student in the Statistics Department. I am friendly and easy going, and I am looking for another responsible roommate. We would be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom, so I think keeping common places clean is important, but I am not a cleanliness freak. I spend most of the work hours on campus, but occasionally also do work from home. I am an international student from India, and I like Climbing, Hiking, Reading (poetry and non-fiction) and making new friends. I am still trying to improve my cooking, but wouldn't mind cooking together :) If you are interested, please contact me at miheerdew@gmail.com

I have a property and need a roommate.

Looking for post-undergrad woman to share my two-story, 2BR/2.5BA condo starting in July (date adjustable). I've lived here 3 awesome years. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and convenient with greenway trails and two campus bus routes right out the backdoor. Pets welcome. Utilities ~ $100/mo. Please no smokers (of anything). I'm quiet, good at keeping common spaces clean, and enthusiastic about sharing my homemade desserts and cocktails. I also have a little old dog who's extremely quiet. The most important thing to me is that my roommate doesn't use illegal drugs (including pot) and doesn't bring home strangers from the bar (or Tinder). If you're looking for a roommate like me and a beautiful, spacious apartment, please email mmgiefer@live.unc.edu!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I have just accepted a promotion that will put me in Raleigh. So I am looking to relet my apartment as soon as possible! The lease ends June 30th but you can renew it if you need to. It's a newly renovated unit, new appliances, and a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. It's on the J bus line to campus and parking is no extra cost! You can easily walk to Carrboro and you have close access to Hwy54. Rent is $830; utilities aren't included, of course, but the complex offers all-inclusive student packages if you're interested in that rather than setting up your own utility accounts. My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and we have had no issues with anything, and work orders have been taken care of very quickly.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm in search of a roommate to move in as soon as April and no later than July 1st for a lease beginning July 1 for the year. I'm a doctoral student in environmental engineering. I would like to live with someone who is communicative and that either plays an instrument or would be okay with musical instruments in the common space, likes plants and occasionally sharing meals, and who preferably would not have a tv in the common space. It's a 2 bedroom place in Carrboro. 8 minute walk to Johnny's & Looking Glass, 15 minute walk to Weaver Street, 15 minute bike ride to campus, off of the CW, J nearby. There is a little patio in the back that leads into a meadow. The room+private bathroom are $580/month. Utilities (including internet) usually fluctuate around $95. Please private message me for details, if you want to take a little tour or meet up for coffee. Just a small note that the furniture is mostly my current roommates. I do have a futon and a dining table if you don’t have furniture, but if you do then there is likely room.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi, my name is Boya. I am going to graduate in May. I am looking for a female to sublease my room. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, and one living room. You will share the apartment with a very kind graduate student. The rent is $387.5 per person per month. Depending on seasons, utilities may change but never go over $500 per month per person. The apartment is very close to Merritts Grill (a popular restaurant). You can take the bus (J, D, NS, N) to school or walk (it usually takes me about 15-20 minutes to the health science library). I can leave everything (including bed, table, kitchen stuff, etc.) to you if you are interested. The apartment address: 1006 S Colombia St, Chapel Hill. Please email me if you are interested, boya@live.unc.edu
