I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello! I am looking for a roommate ASAP. For rent is the bigger room of a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment about a mile from UNC Hospitals and the UNC campus (right behind Merritt's in CH) and is on numerous CH bus lines. You'll have a spacious walk in closet. Rent is $400 each plus utilities, which is typically around $80 or $90 each, depending on the season. The complex is called "Spring Garden" and is primarily comprised of young professionals and grad students. I work night weekend shifts at UNC hospital, so I am available to show you the place anytime during the week. Shoot me a message if you're interested.

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi! My name is Margaret, I am originally from Houston and just graduated from University of Michigan's nursing school and will be starting at the end of July as a nurse at UNC. I am looking for 1-2 non-smoking roommates to live with. I am new to the area and am excited to explore Chapel Hill. I love to box as my workout, Netflix, and eat. I am planning to get a dog eventually and love to go out occasionally especially to watch the game. I am very clean and love to cook. I am open to living in Durham or Chapel Hill. Let me know if you are interested!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am a female graduate student at UNC, and I'm looking for a female roommate for my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment at Sunstone ( The apartment complex is located right across from University Place and is very close to Planet Fitness, Harris Teeter, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc. Sunstone has a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court. We are within walking distance to bus stops for the CL, D, F, G, 400, and 405 bus lines. We have a washer/dryer in unit, and utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) are generally around $175 total. Rent by itself will be $1146, so each of us will pay about $660 per month on average. You would have your own room, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The room is unfurnished. (I've included pictures of how the room looks furnished and unfurnished. The couch in the living room also isn't mine.) No dogs please. One of my former roommates had a dog, and he wasn't a good fit for the apartment. Available for move-in starting as early as July 11th but can be later.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi there! I am looking for two young professionals or grad students to share a sunny 3 bed, 2.5 ba townhouse. There are hardwood floors throughout the common spaces and there's an updated kitchen with a breakfast nook, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area within an open floor plan setting, and a great back balcony. Lots of storage throughout. Common spaces will be furnished, though there'd be room for you own stuff if interested. There are three bedrooms with warm carpeting upstairs. The two rooms that are available are both unfurnished, around 110 sqft, and have an overhead light/fan and a decently sized closet. They share a bathroom off the hall. Lots of natural light and skylights throughout. Also comes with everyone's favorite appliances in unit - washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Great location! Especially for cyclists. On the N-busline, a 1.5mi bike ride from campus, 1 mile from Carrboro downtown, and an easy distance from Chapel Hill downtown as well. Access to pool, and basketball and tennis courts in the neighborhood. Walk/run/bike trails nearby. Rooms are $550/mo plus utilities with year leases starting this summer (beginning dates are flexible). Leases are done on an individual basis, so you don't have to worry about anyone else making rent.
