Looking for someone to take over my sublease for next fall! I was planning on graduating in December, but some classes got shifted around, and it's beginning to look like I'll be graduating in August. Move in is August 15, 2019 and move out is December 16, 2019. Lark's apartments come fully furnished, each room has a private bathroom, lots of great amenities, super close to UNC campus. You'll be subleasing from my friend Aditi and living with three other female roommates. Contact me for more info if you're interested! TIA (:

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi! My two roommates and I are looking for a fourth person to live with us next year (2019-2020 school year) in our four bedroom/four bathroom house. It's on Edwards Street, about a 25 minute walk from campus, and very reasonably priced ($475 per month per person and $60-$80 for utilities per month per person). Most of the appliances come with the house. It includes a living room, full kitchen, and back porch. Some notes: -Women only please! -We are rising senior and junior undergrads and would prefer to have somebody the same age living with us, but we are willing to compromise. -None of us are hardcore partiers, and we would like to avoid having wild get-togethers on our property. -There's a good chance I'll adopt a dog next year. Of course, I will be 100% responsible for it, financially and otherwise, but you will be welcome to pet him and play with him as you so desire. -We are all musicians, but we promise to keep the noise level down at all times :) -Absolutely NO smoking anywhere inside the house (several of us have asthma and can't handle it). Please contact me at Claeliz@live.unc.edu for more info! I'd be happy to give you a house tour and meet for coffee to get to know you better!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Villages at Chapel Hill in Carrboro starting in February! The room is very spacious (14'x11') and on the first floor. The complex is peaceful, has full amenities (pool, tennis court, gym, etc.), and is on the D and J bus lines to UNC. Pets are allowed, but there is a medium sized dog who already lives here, so pets would have to be discussed. Rent and water are $590, with electric and internet usually coming between $60-$70. Message me or email at kbr311@live.unc.edu if interested!

I need a roommate with a property.

Hello, my name is Rachel. I recently moved to NC from Ohio and am searching for an apartment to share. I'm not a graduate student through UNC, but am in my 2 year of Kent State Universities Library and Information Science program, which is offered online. My limit is $600-700 for rent and I have a fluffy and slightly shy cat named Lucy that I'd bring along. I'm a very easy going person, very neat, quiet, respectful, and responsible. However, I am almost 33 and do enjoy going out from time to time. Usually I watch Netflix, read, do homework, or work. I'm hoping I can find a roommate(s) with similar qualities. Preferably mature and gender isn't an issue. If you're looking for a roommate you may contact me at rdanie14@kent.edu.
