I need a roommate with a property.

I'll be rotating in psychiatry as a 4th year med student from Texas and am looking for a place I could stay that is within walking distance of the campus from 9/24 to 10/19. I am very clean and don't make a scene. :) My budget is up to $650. Thank you!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi all, I'm a fourth year PhD student in public health, and a friend and I (both mid-twenties males) are looking for one roommate to fill a lease spot in July. It's a quiet 3br/1.5ba cabin in Carrboro, a fifteen minute bike ride from campus. There's lots of natural light, a screened-in porch, and a large yard. We also have a deck and laundry in-house (also a dishwasher, if that's important to you!). Here's an imgur album with some pictures of the place -- let me know if you're interested, and I can show you around. Happy to answer any questions you may have. https://imgur.com/a/ZjwtUIE The rent is 1350 a month for the entire place, which is 450 if split three ways or 675 if split two ways. Utilities are about a hundred bucks a month.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a graduate student in the history department at UNC looking for a summer sublet or full year roommate (lease ends in July 2019). Common spaces are fully furnished, but I'm totally open to additions and rearranging. Kitchen appliances are pretty new. The duplex has a lovely back porch. I've included pictures of the kitchen and living room as they often are when I'm living there. I'm a pretty clean person and like to keep the shared spaces from getting too messy, but I'm not a neat freak by nature (I can make adjustments if you are!). Several bus lines nearby head straight to campus. Rent is $500 a month, and utilities usually range from $75-$100 including internet. $500 deposit required. I like meeting new people, but I'm also not going to be up in your business. I like to read, play games, and sometimes veg out in front of the tv. I have a dog who is low-key and lovely around people and other dogs, but he is cat aggressive so I couldn't accept a roommate with a cat.

I need a roommate with a property.

Hello, I am a 43 year old married male with 2 children that recently accepted a position at the hospital. I will serve as an ECMO specialist that works nights. I currently live in Greenville. I am looking for someone that has an extra room that I can rent so that I have a place to stay and take a shower while in town for my rotations. I will then be going back to Greenville to be with my family. I will be needing the place for 3 to 4 days per week. I am looking to spend between $400-$500/month to include utilities since I won't really be there all that much and my utilitly use is minimal. On the plus side, I will be working nights and sleeping during the day, and will only be there a few days per week. You will virtually have the place to yourself. If you have a place, you can email me at: chris.denmark.rcp@gmail.com or text me at 586-215-7463 Thanks

I need a roommate to find a property.

Heyyy! My name is Taylor. I am a 23 year old, female new grad RN from VA. I currently live in South Terrace Apts in Durham, but would prefer to move into a house/townhome with a second person. Ideally, I would like to move around late October- early December, which is near the end of my current lease. If anyone is interested in house hunting together, please feel free to respond to my post. My budget is about $600-800.

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hey everyone! I'm a recent graduate of UNC (BA in Chemistry) and I'm about to start a Masters program at UNC this summer. I'm looking for a female roommate for the 2018-2019 school year, beginning in August. I'm hoping to find a 2BR/2BA apartment under $600ish/month, and I already have a few properties in mind. I have a strong preference towards having my own bathroom and parking is a must! I do have a cat, but he is very sweet and declawed (before I got him), so he won't destroy any furniture or carpet! I am very clean and love to decorate! Feel free to message here or email me at rachaelb@live.unc.edu Thanks!!
