I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi! I am a 28-year old international student from Australia, currently undertaking graduate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill. I am a down-to-earth, clean, considerate and friendly person. I enjoy a quiet house sometimes, but in my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking and watching Netflix. I also love my morning coffee, pilates and going for walks. I am currently looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse in Carrboro for the 2018/2019 academic year. The lease runs from the 1st August 2018 to 31st May 2019. The room available is bright and airy, and located on the second floor at the front of the house. It is a good-sized room with built-in wardrobe, and there is also plenty of other storage space available in other parts of the house. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the main living spaces are furnished with all the main furniture items, and there is also space if you want to to contribute some of your own furniture to the house. Please get in touch if you are looking for housing! Email contact: shannon1@live.unc.edu

I have a property and need a roommate.

My housing plans fell through super last minute, so I am looking for a female roommate for the fall. I am hoping to move in next week (or anytime before the semester starts). I am interested in living in Environ Lofts, Meadowmont, Berkshire, and potentially a condo at 123 West Franklin, but also desperate and open to other options. Let me know if you'd want to sign a lease or if you need a roommate!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm looking to sublease my room in Shortbread lofts for the 2018-19 school year. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment comes furnished and has updated appliances in the kitchen. The Shortbread property has a gym, tanning beds, a rooftop lounge, and is located near several bus lines only a short walk from campus. The price is negotiable, so shoot me a message and we can figure something out.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Parking, Pool, Quiet, Washer/Dryer, Bus Line Access I am renting a room in my apartment in Chapel Hill. I am currently living in Durham, but needed to keep one of the rooms as a working office, so the other room is available for renting. I'm a PhD student at UNC and don't have an office on campus and wanted to keep something close to campus. Basically you will get the entire apartment (and I can keep around as much furniture as wanted, or none of it at all and just have office furniture in my office) and I will only be there during the day for a few hours and sometimes at night (maybe weekends when exams come around) when there may be a lot of work for me. My office will only have desk, book cases, work stuff, and a couch incase I need to crash there for the night. It's a great situation for someone that wants a nicer space, that is quieter, and doesn't mind their roommate coming and going mostly during the day and not really "living" there. I have a bed if that is needed (super nice and comes with a headboard and a frame), there is a couch and coffee table in the living room, a table I am fixing up in the dining area, the original bar and I have two dressers that I am either getting rid of, or can be used if someone wants. There is a $150 deposit and it is $625 a month plus half the utilities. It will be available September 1st (but can be earlier if needed).

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at 408 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd starting in August or September. I was in a bike accident and can't work, so I am looking for a male student or professional who wants to live close to campus affordably. The property is less than a mile from the Pit and has a bus stop right outside the front door. Rent is $487.50, and utilities vary between $80-100. The owner pays the water bill. The property comes with a parking spot, A/C, hardwood floors, gas heat, a microwave, and a fridge. You'll be hard pressed finding a property closer to campus. My roommate has been accommodating and respectful so far, and I'm sure you'll find it easy to get along with him. Contact me with any questions you have!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello I just bought a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Carrboro/ Chapel Hill and I am looking for a roommate. It is a mile and half from campus and about the same from the hospital. I work night shift and go to school during the day. I just got new furniture and washer and dryer for the place. Rent would be $530+530 to move in and utilities are split 50/50. UNC bus system is right out the back door. If you have any question feel free to contact me at 845-797-2571
