I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a graduate student in the history department at UNC looking for a roommate to begin July 1. Common spaces are fully furnished, but I'm totally open to additions and rearranging. Kitchen appliances are pretty new. The duplex has a lovely back porch. I've included pictures of the kitchen and living room as they often are when I'm living there. I'm a pretty clean person and like to keep the shared spaces from getting too messy, but I'm not a neat freak by nature (I can make adjustments if you are!). Several bus lines nearby head straight to campus. Rent is $500 a month, and utilities usually range from $75-$100 including internet. $500 deposit required. I like meeting new people, but I'm also not going to be up in your business. I like to read, play games, and sometimes veg out in front of the tv. I have a dog who is low-key and lovely around people and other dogs, but he is cat aggressive so I couldn't accept a roommate with a cat.

I need a roommate with a property.

Hello! My name is Sheldon Koppenhofer, I'm a recent NC State graduate who will be attending paralegal courses in the fall at UNC. I will be working at a law firm in the area 9-5 M-F, and will be taking classes twice a week at night, so I'm looking for someone who is quiet on weeknights. Female roommate preferred, but not required. Non-smoker preferred, but not required. Pet friendly, but no pets myself! Recent graduates and grad students preferred as well. I would like to keep rent around $500-$600 if possible! Have some furniture to contribute if non-furnished place is found. Thanks!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello! I'm looking for 1 female roommate to take over the lease of my current roommate who is moving to Boston. It´s a 2 BA/2BATH apartment, price ~ 600 (including utilities) per person. It´s a great place and a great apartment complex in Chapel Hill, near Durham: https://www.liveatcrosstown.com/ (~12 mins by car from UNC). About myself: 30 yrs old Postdoc female in Biological Science. I'm really friendly, easy-going and very concerned about keeping the common areas clean. I'm pretty busy with my research, but I love to dance, go out in the weekends, keep an active life outside and hang out with friends. I'm originally from Brazil and I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going roommate. If you are interested and think we can be a good match tell me a little bit about yourself, please send me your facebook too. We can arrange a visit to the house. Email: miriamffigueira@gmail.com Thanks Miriam

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a first-year incoming PhD student, and I need a roommate for a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at The Bridges at Chapel Hill (142 BPW Club Road, Carrboro, NC 27510). The complex is right on the J and D bus lines and comes with parking. Anticipated rent per person is ~$600, and utilities/Internet is (at most) another ~$100. As for me, I'm a generally clean and quiet, don't smoke, drink socially, and have no pets. Only hard qualification for potential roommates is no smoking/vaping/drug use. Would love to have a roommate who's similarly new to the area. If interested, email me at ssaroka@live.unc.edu or text me at 610-389-3029!

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi, I'm Becky! I'm an incoming graduate student in the Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program. I'm currently working and living in Charlotte, NC, and looking to move to Chapel Hill/Carrboro/Durham in August. Willing to join an existing lease or find other graduate students looking to start one. I'm pretty cleanly and generally quiet most of the time. I am allergic to cats so unfortunately I can't live with them (absolutely love dogs though!) I also prefer to live with non-smokers. I haven't solidified a budget, but I'd ideally like to keep rent under/around $600. Huge plus if you're looking to lease for two years! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you're at all interested! email: rdris003@odu.edu

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of a newly renovated apartment in Meadowmont. The available master bedroom has its own bathroom along with a spacious closet. The rooms are carpeted and have plenty of space. The rent is $800 per month before utilities. We will have brand new appliances including a washer and dryer inside the unit and the community has a newly renovated pool, clubhouse and gym. This luxury apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Meadowmont village shopping center, featuring shops, dining, and a Harris Teeter. It is also just a 5-minute drive to UNC's campus and is conveniently located on multiple bus lines that run to campus. There are lots of wooded trails that run through the Meadowmont neighborhood. The pool area has plenty of space and it's not too crazy or loud because most of the residents are either young professionals or grad students. The apartment has a private balcony to enjoy the outdoors and study or just relax. The move-in date is August 1st, so it lines up well for the fall semester. Grad students and young professionals are both welcome to contact me for more details!

I need a roommate to find a property.

I am transfer student from Wilmington looking for a chill roommate this fall near the UNC campus. I have a Catahoula leopard dog thats very friendly and terrified of flies. I'm pretty quiet because I'm focussed on school and work but I occasionally go out. Smoker or not, as long as you do it outside I'm cool with it. I love Archeology and I enjoy hiking or any sort of adventure! I'm looking for a 2 bed 2 bath (apartment or townhouse) but I am flexible.
