The location is fantastic. It is a private, safe area with a swimming pool, tennis, and basketball courts included. It is approximately 2 miles from UNC campus. Wood floors in dining/living area, private deck, eating area in kitchen with less than 1 year old stainless steel oven-microwave combination. There are two reserved parking spots and additional easy street parking. Free bus stop to UNC is right next door. It is a quick walk/bike to downtown and campus. Washer and dryer in unit. I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm looking for someone to share my 2 bd/1.5 ba townhouse-style condo, available now. $675/mo +1/2 util. The location is great--walking distance to Trader Joe's and a bunch of restaurants and stores, on the Chapel Hill free bus line and easy access to I-40 and Durham. I am friendly, responsible, trying to become a better cook and a PhD student starting this fall. I'm pretty outgoing and like to stay busy. Looking for someone clean and laid back who will pay rent on time and is a pet person--I have a dog, Darla, and a cat, Achilles (who you will love immediately). Feel free to bring another dog into the mix (there is a lot of carpet, though). The house and street are pretty darn adorable---giant bay window, built-in bookshelves in the bedrooms, nice-sized closets, landscaped back patio thing and a sweet sunroom in the back (which is what sold me). There's an HOA included in the rent, and they take care of water and all the landscaping. Excited to share this pretty big space with someone. Guy or girl welcome. Young professional or grad student, along with a 12-month lease, preferred. I'm moving in this weekend, so the pics are from the rental site (the purple walls will go). Email me with questions or interest and tell me about yourself.

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hello! I am a young professional finishing up my Master's at UNC and beginning a job in Durham in September. I'm looking for a place relatively affordable and preferably close to the Chapel Hill/Durham boarder. I have not found a place yet, but would be interested in finding a place with some other female young professionals/grad students. Thanks!

I need a roommate to find a property.

I'm a recent graduate with my master's in occupational therapy. I just accepted a position at UNC and will be moving at the end of the month. I would love to live with other female young professionals or graduate students. I have not yet found a place to live as I am not familiar with the area, but am open to finding a place with someone or moving into an open room that is available. I am very easy going and clean. I need a move in date around August 25th, but can be flexible if needed. I do not own any pets and do not smoke. Would prefer to live with someone who doesn't smoke either.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Excellent location in downtown Carrboro. Two female PhD students looking for another roommate (preferably female) for a 4br/2ba apartment. You can see the farmers' market from our wonderfully lush and fully planted porch! We have lots of natural lighting throughout the apartment, many plants, a great kitchen (with granite counter tops), and hardwood floors throughout, with the exception of the "spare" room (we use this space as an office/guest/craft/yoga room). We have most of the furnishings one would want in an apartment, so you would only need to furnish your own room, but we can certainly accommodate additional furniture. Rent for the room is $550/month. We also pay electric, water/sewer, and internet/cable, which come to about $100-120 a month. Each unit has two dedicated parking spaces and only one of us has a car, so you get a spot! No smoking inside the apartment, and we would prefer a non-smoker. An outdoor cat that chills on the porch, but we are unable to accommodate other pets. Room is available immediately (August 1), and we have the apartment leased through July 31, 2018 with an option to renew. We would like to find someone who can sign on to the lease for its full duration.
