I need a roommate with a property.

I'm a 22 year old student and will be graduating in December. I will any term lease as I plan to stay in Chapel Hill after graduating to work. I'm looking to have other room mates, graduate, undergraduate, or working. I am clean and conscientious and will spend my time mostly studying and working. I am also looking for other people who also don't have housing that might want to co-sign on a lease with me.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am graduate student in UNC. I am looking for a roommate in a 2 bed/2bath apartment. It is completely renovated with wooden flooring, new kitchen, and bathrooms with in-house dryer and washer. It also has a patio. The rent is $610+utilites and is available from August 1st, before that is also possible. This apartment is in Collins Crossings, Carborro on J route (JFX, CW, CM), 15 mins away from main UNC campus. The apartment complex has a pool, basketball and tennis court. I am a friendly, easy going person and like to hangout with friends often. I relatively prefer keeping the apartment clean but not too strict. If you are interested please contact me.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi, I'm a junior transfer student, female and 22 years old, looking for considerate and organized roommates to share a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom space at Carolina Square at around $820/month excluding utilities and featuring many amenities. The space is unfurnished, but brand new, and situated on Franklin Street, right next to campus. Here is a link: http://carolinasquarenc.com. It's a 10 month lease but the first two months are free, so you would be paying the ~$820 rate for 8 months rather than 10. From another perspective, the sum total would be equivalent to that of staying at a place charging about $650 a month. The move-in date would be August 15th.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi everyone! I posted a little before and had little luck, but I am a graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill, going into my second year for my Master's Degree in Public Administration. It is a two bedroom apartment located on the third floor- which is the highest level in the apartments. There are not elevators- just stairs. There is a view of the open green space from the living room and bed room windows which is quite nice. The master bedroom is the one that is open currently and it has its own bathroom. Rent would be about $650 per month without utilities and internet. I'd estimate about $100 for utilities and internet total or even less than that about $75 a lot of the time. I have a cat in the apartment who is very friendly and sweet and affectionate- so if you are allergic this is probably not a good fit for you as she likes to rub against people a lot. Please let me know if you're interested or if you want more information! My email is nattress@live.unc.edu Tara

I have a property and need a roommate.

We are looking for someone to take the first floor bedroom and bath in our house. We live right near Looking Glass Cafe and O2 Fitness in Carrboro. We have one small, hypoallergenic dog named Louie. Rent is $475/month not including utilities. Move-in could be any date from late August through October. Current roommates: One male, one female. We are both PhD Students at UNC. What we're looking for: We would like a laid back, open-minded, roommate who doesn’t mind a lively house. We like to hang out in common areas and watch TV, listen to music, and have friends over. We prefer it relatively clean in common spaces, but won’t freak out if you leave a dish in the sink or something. If you have a pet, we’d love having a another small dog around.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey! My name's Farrah and I'm going to be a senior undergrad transfer student at UNC this coming fall--doing a major in Biology. I'm looking for one more chill and tidy female roommate to move into a 3 bed / 2 bath at the Midtown 501 apartment complex at the beginning of August. I don't drink, smoke or party so I'm looking for roommates who also don't. I'm a very clean and organized person. I would like to be friends with my roommates but would also respect their time alone. I love to read, travel, listen to music, watch Netflix and spend time with my family and friends. I don't mind my roommates having gatherings at the apartment. I'm a very open minded person so I would also love my roommate to be open minded as well and understanding of different religions and cultures! The Midtown 501 apartments that I'm looking at are walking distance from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Food Lion. It also includes amenities like a gym and pool. Contact me at farrah@live.unc.edu if you want to chat more to see if we're a good match! Here is the Midtown 501 website link http://www.midtown501.com/ .
