I have a property and need a roommate.

I’m a UNC grad student looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Crosstown at Chapel Hill. I’m planning on moving into the apartment at the end of April, so I’m looking for a roommate to move in during May/June/July. Rent will be approximately $500-600/month. I have a very friendly cat! Attached is the floor plan of the apartment. I’m tidy and a non-smoker. Ideally, I’m looking for a female graduate student to be my roommate. Message me if interested!

I need a roommate with a property.

Hi! I am going to be graduating this May from UNC's School of Nursing and will be starting a new grad RN position at UNC in July. I am looking to find another female in a similar situation that understands the 7-7 shift life and weekend/night hours. I would love to find a 2bed/2bath year lease, where we both have our own space and do our own thing but can enjoy some free time off together when it comes around. I am a very clean and organized person and enjoy relaxing as well as going out. I would like to consider the possibility of getting a cat, but that's still up in the air. If possible, I'd like to look into locations that line up well with the park and ride/bus system at UNC Hospital and keep a reasonable price range (<900). Since my current lease will expire in June, I'd like to start a lease in the first week of June so I can transfer my stuff over without moving it twice. If this sounds like a good fit to you, please contact me! I'd love to discuss options. :)

I have a property and need a roommate.

My roommates are moving out-of-state mid-July, so there will be 2 rooms available in the beautiful, 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse that I live in. It's 5-10 minutes from campus and 3 minutes from i-40. 15-minute bus ride to the hospital and/or campus. Lots of storage, large common areas, open-concept downstairs, lots of windows/light (sorry, most of the photos were taken at night), newer home, walk-in closets, etc. Rent is $565 for the smaller room and $585 for the larger room before utilities (both rooms can easily fit a desk, dresser, and queen-size bed). Grad students/young professionals and non-smokers only please!

I have a property and need a roommate.

We are three women (mid-to-late 20s, 2 grad students and one professional) looking for a fourth housemate to join us starting anytime between May and August. Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Carrboro immediately adjacent to Wilson Park, which has beautifully wooded walking/running trails, tennis courts, and a baseball field. We live close to downtown, within walking distance of Looking Glass Café, the Carrboro Farmer’s Market, Weaver Street Market, and the rest of the shops and bars in Carrboro! Our house is about 2 miles from campus, and there are two bus lines right by the house that go directly to campus (F & CW, 15-min ride). Campus is also a 10-minute bike ride away via the Libba Cotton Bike Path. Our house is great with lots of space and beautiful common areas! We have a large living room with a fireplace, a washer and dryer, a patio with a picnic table and fire pit, and parking. We are open to a friendly dog; unfortunately, we cannot have cats. The available room is upstairs and would share a bathroom with 2 other women. This room has ample closet space with a lot of natural light, and would cost $500 a month plus utilities (usually $60-70). If you have any questions about the house, want to visit, or want to Skype to see the house, let us know!

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am looking for a female student/professional to sublet my room this summer; preferably the beginning of May - end of July, but am flexible with earlier and later move-ins. I live at the Villages in Carrboro, with access to the J and D bus lines. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, as well as access to the gym, pool, dryer (in apartment, washer is in the laundry facility nearby) and my roommate's giant t.v. in the living room :) She is the kindest person you will ever meet, and spends most of her days and nights on the UNC campus since she is a PhD student. I will move everything out of my bedroom, but can leave the bed and dresser if desired. I usually spend between $500 - $550 each month total. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thank you!
