I have a property and need a roommate.

My current roommate is leaving North Carolina to attend graduate school so I am in need of a new roommate. I currently live in Alta Springs in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment and my current lease ends on June 30. The rent and all of the utilities comes out to around $775 per person, which is a great price considering the quality of the apartment in addition to the amenities which include a nice gym and a great pool area. I am also a big fan of the location of my apartment as it is close to downtown Chapel Hill and a short drive to Durham as well as easy access to I-40. The apartment complex is also located very close to Meadowmont and the Friday Center. I am a young male professional (graduated in 2015), and I am looking for a roommate who likes to keep a clean and organized apartment as well as someone who has a similar sleep schedule to me (early to bed 9-10pm and early to rise 6 am). As mentioned earlier, my current lease ends on June 30 but I have to notify my apartment complex by the end of April regarding whether or not I have found a new roommate. Please reach out to me if you are interested. My email address is

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi everyone, I'm an incoming ph.D. student in pharmaceutical science, looking for another female grad student/ young professional to be my roommate (with or without property). I'm pretty easy-going and clean. I like watching TV series, hiking, and cooking. Most of the time I might focus on my study, but look forward to having some fun together! Preferred 2b2b but open to other options/ need parking / less than $600/ mon. I'll be more than happy if I can raise a cat in the future, but not having one now. Please contact me if you are interested! Thanks :)

I have a property and need a roommate.

19 Frances Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27517. I have two bedrooms (shared bathroom) available in a 3 bedroom house, which is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Chapel Hill. Both available bedrooms (roughly 130 square feet each) are downstairs and share a bathroom. The house also has a newly updated kitchen that opens into the dining and living areas. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace in a beautiful stone hearth, while the entire house has hard wood floors. Check out the pictures! Outside, there is a wrap-around deck as well as a large, fenced back yard. A yellow lab currently lives at the house and loves the outdoor space to roam. Plenty of off-street parking as well as free street parking. The house is 1 block from a bus-stop that runs to UNC, is less than a mile from 4 grocery stores (trader joes, whole foods, harris teeter, and food lion), is moments from multiple greenways, and provides easy access to the entire triangle via the I-40. Two of the current roommates are graduating from graduate school, while the remaining roommate is finishing his masters and applying to PA schools. The following lease options are available: 12-month lease, June 1* - May 31 - $595/month 11-month lease, July 1- May 31 - $625/month 10-month lease, August - May 31 - $650/month *One bedroom is available starting May 15, 2018 and can be prorated for that month if combined with a 12 month lease starting on June 1st, 2018, Monthly rents do not include utilities, which are split evenly between the 3 roommates. If interested, please email ( or text (608-692-2237) David. Looking forward to hearing from you!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Looking to sublet my room (1br/1b) in the Chapel Ridge apartment complex to someone from May 19th (or as early as May 10th) to July 31st. The apartment complex is along the A, NS, and T bus routes for the Chapel Hill area, and is conveniently located for students looking to attend summer classes at UNC. Room is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. I have three female roommates and am in search of a female tenant. Bedroom and bathroom are private. Parking is included, and the sublease will be conducted through the Chapel Ridge office. The apartment is furnished, has a queen-sized bed, and a shower/tub in the bathroom. There is a nice patio and communal living room area. The cost is $550 per month (less than the original $659/mo). Rent cost for the month of May will be determined by the number of days in May the tenant will be living in the apartment, with May 10th costing $450 and May 19th costing $400. All utilities are included and wifi and cable are set up. If the sublease is agreed upon and signed within two weeks, or by April 24th, I will offer an extra $25 off the first month's rent.
