I need a roommate to find a property.

Hi everyone, I'm an incoming MS1 at UNC, and I need a roommate to be able to afford this place that's literally 5-min walk from the med school complex. I'm socialable, understanding, laid-back, clean and organized (but definitely not a neat freak). I love cooking, eating, doing arts and crafts, reading, playing video games, working out, and trying new things traveling-wise and in life in general. I love meeting new people and sharing stories, too. This is the property I'd really love to check out:, and the landlord needs to see both tenants before signing the lease. So if you're interested, please don't hesitate to contact me through here or 8034878188. I'm excited to getting to know you!

I need a roommate with a property.

I am an incoming graduate student seeking to find a roommate and a property within a 10 min distance from campus. I am looking to pay no more than $650 a month for rent and would like all utilities to be included in the property. I prefer a washing and drying unit in the apartment, however I am also open to other arrangements. I am strongly against living with pets due to my allergies. If interested in additional information feel free to contact me at

I have a property and need a roommate.

Looking for some folks to take over our lease in the 86 North complex in Chapel Hill (on the T and NS bus lines). 2bed/2bath. Rent is $1230/month ($615/room) and includes cable, very fast internet, trash pickup, and pest control. Other utilities (water, gas, electric) run ~$100/month total depending on usage. No security deposit since you’re taking over an existing lease! Complex is pet friendly (no breed or weight restrictions) and within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theatres. Pool, athletic courts, playground and pet park onsite. My roommate and I have lived here almost two years and have had no problems! The apartment is available June 1-July 31. If you want to stay, you can sign a year-long lease after that or renew month-to-month.

I have a property and need a roommate.

Hello! I am currently looking for a subletter to share a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in Carrboro from May 15-July 20 (dates flexible). The room is very large (12'x13'), with good light and lots of closet space. The house is located on a quiet street close to Looking Glass Cafe and is within walking distance of Carrboro and of downtown Chapel Hill. It is an easy bike or bus ride to UNC (on the J and CW lines). The house is fully furnished with a nicely remodeled kitchen, all wood floors, a shady back patio and small storage shed, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Rent includes utilities except internet and electric (combined, about $45/month), and includes open parking and access to the community pool (essential for those soul-melting North Carolina days). I rent directly from the wonderful landlord. About me: I am a late-twenties female graduate student working in public health who loves podcasts, coffee, great porches, biking, and cooking with friends. I strive to maintain balance in my work, school, and home lives, and want to live with someone who is easy-going, kind, considerate, and values their home and the people in it. I try to keep things reasonably clean and be conscientious of common spaces. That said, I also love big kitchen projects. I value inclusiveness and communication, and welcome individuals of all backgrounds and identities. If you think we might be a good fit, send an email my way with a little bit about yourself.

I have a property and need a roommate.

This property is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with parking. I am subleasing a room in this house that has it's own individual bathroom connected to it. The other bedrooms in the house will be subleased or vacant, but with a large kitchen and dining area there is enough space. This house is a 10 minute walk to Franklin Street, and a 20 minute walk to the quad. If you're interested please contact me and I would be happy to send more pictures of the inside! The cost would be $700 total including rent, utilities, and parking for all of summer session II. (Click on the post to see how cute the house is!)
