I have a property and need a roommate.

Hi all! I'm a post-grad working as a research technician at UNC, and I'm looking for a responsible and respectful female roommate to share my apartment in Carrboro with! I have a room available in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment located in Carrboro, NC available for rent starting in July (but the move-in date can be flexible). Room will be unfurnished; bathroom is shared. I would prefer to live with a graduate student/young working professional/post-doc, but I will also consider an undergraduate student if we get to learn more about each other and it seems like it would be a good fit. I have a Craigslist post up for my roommate search, so if you'd like to learn more about the apartment, please visit the link below and feel free to contact me here or contact me via Craigslist. I have a property and need a roommate.

Hey guys! I am attending UNC law school in the fall and have signed a lease on a 3 bedroom house on Glenhill lane off of Franklin street. I am living with another first year law student and we are looking for one male roommate to live in the other bedroom. The rent will be $805/month plus utilities ($2450/month total rent). The house is on Glenhill lane and is on bus line and walkable to campus. It also comes with plenty of parking space, living room, dining room, kitchen, porch, finished basement, a 2 car garage, and overlooks battle park. The house is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Would be perfect for other law students as it is walkable to the law school, or any other graduate students. If interested, feel free to email me at brage@live.unc.edu or reply to me on this forum. Thanks

I need a roommate to find a property.

HI am a 20 year old rising junior studying Economics. My housing plans fell through last minute, so i’m looking for a room or roommate for this school year. I clean up after myself and am pretty laid back. i also have a cat. she’s hypoallergenic and mild mannered (has never scratched furniture, barely sheds, keeps to herself), and also gets along with dogs or cats. No preference for age or gender. Something in August for $700 or under would be ideal. Feel free to respond to my post or email me if interested! rwhite3@live.unc.edu

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hello! I'm a 23 year old female looking for a roommate to find an apartment or house, preferably in Carrboro within biking distance to campus. I took time off of undergrad, so I'll be graduating in December. I'd like to sublease until then or sign a year lease and then find someone to take over in January. My major is psychology with minors in biology and studio art. In my free time I like to paint, hike/backpack, and explore. As a housemate, I'm considerate and clean and appreciate spending time with other housemates. I do have a friendly little lab pup.

I have a property and need a roommate.

I'm a 5th year female in the History doctoral program seeking a roommate for a spacious 2 br, 1.5 bath apartment at Laurel Ridge in Chapel Hill. Half of rent is $527.50. Walkable and bikeable to campus and both downtown areas. On major bus lines and easy access to major commute routes. Washer and dryer in unit. Complex has a nice dog park, pool, and tennis courts. I would like to have someone who can join my lease in July or early August. A well-behaved and well-managed pet is welcome, but must be ok with a cat. I live best with someone who is comfortably clean, but not at either extreme of tidiness. A cooking partner or occasional workout buddy is welcome, but not a requirement. I enjoy tending to plants, DIY adventures, sewing, and throwing pottery at a community Clay Studio. Chilling with friends over a beer or a glass of wine on the patio or playing games is lovely. I train in MMA for fun exercise and because I am terrible at most organized sports. I am an experienced, responsible pet owner and plan to get a young cat in early July. A roommate with a dog or cat is fine if their pet is not destructive or aggressive toward other pets. I have experience introducing animals to a shared living space. I respond most quickly to text messages (715-579-0259), but will check my inbox on this site when possible.
