I have a property and need a roommate.

We have a quiet house about a mile from the School of Public Health. It is in the woods and away from common undergrad housing. We have two wonderful dogs you would be living with. We are both very clean people and cook regularly. We are looking for someone to share a communal living style with. Rent is $1,500 and we are looking for 1-2 additional people to make rent more manageable. Please email me if you have any questions!

I need a roommate to find a property.

Hello, I'm Noah. I am in the Class of 2021 and looking to complete my undergrad at UNC, starting in Fall 2019. I am from Michigan, so I don't know a whole lot about the off campus living situations in Chapel Hill near campus. I am a laid-back guy who likes to watch sports, go out and party, or stay in and hang with friends. I am looking for a roommate who is easy going and will be a friend considering I am going to know nobody. With that said, don't feel like we have to do everything together, I respect space. I would say I'm clean, but definitely not a neat freak. I pick up after myself and will occasionally do some other cleaning. I won't have a pet to bring, but wouldn't mind one (dog preferably). I am looking for an apartment from 2-4 beds (2-4 roommates), not far from campus, and hopefully under $800/month including utilities. Feel free to contact me if you happen to be in the same boat. Thanks!

I have a property and need a roommate.

Looking for a roommate in a 2bed/2bath apartment in Carrboro, NC, for immediate or January/February move in. The complex is about a 10-minute drive to UNC campus, and there is also a bus line (CM & J) about a 3-minute walk from apartment also 2-minute drive to Jones Ferry Park & Ride. Internet, washer/dryer, parking spot, gym studio included with rent. Little about me: I am a 27y.o female just having moved to NC, starting with UNC as a registed nurse on their ICU! I enjoy my night out at the bar, as well as chill night indoors, easy to get along with personality, & always up for spontenous trips! :) Please email: HGROM09@GMAIL.COM for more information & pictures

I need a roommate with a property.

I'm Andressa and I'm a PhD student from Brazil. I'm looking for a place to live during my research internhip at the Department of Chemistry of UNC - Chapel Hill, between Feb 1, 2019 and Sep 30, 2019. Looking for an individual bedroom close to the campus (not further than 2.5 miles), near a bus line and furnished. I prefer a room with a private bathroom (but it's not mandatory). I'm clean, fairly organized and don't smoke. I don't have pets, but I don't bother if you have one. Please message me if you have an adequate room :D

I have a property and need a roommate.

I am a single mom of a 13 year old daughter. We live in a large 6-bedroom home in Chapel Hill, down the hill from UNC and off of Homestead Road, approx 5.4 miles from the center of UNC (we are just a half a mile walk to the nearest bus stop on the FREE Chapel Hill Transit bus routes). Our neighborhood has a community clubhouse with full gym and pool, just 2 doors down from our home. The wider Chapel Hill greenways and biking/walking trails run directly behind our home - you can get on a trail without ever touching tarmac! I are looking for a female UNC Professional or Graduate (nursing, medical or PhD candidate) who wants to rent a bedroom in my Chapel Hill home. We can offer 2 options: 1) IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE: One bedroom on the second floor with attached private bathroom that has a bath/shower combo. This bedroom has carpet and a single-bunk-bed-over-large-desk (see attached pics). The closet is very decently-sized. 2) AVAILABLE SOMETIME IN MARCH: The second bedroom is on the first (ground) floor and also has attached bathroom. This bedroom has hardwood floors, will be unfurnished when ready, and has a large walk-in closet. The attached bathroom has a shower only (no bath) and would serve as both your private bathroom (with private entrance directly off your bedroom) as well as the guest bathroom for visitors and my clients (via a separate door). If you lived with us, my daughter and I would welcome you to make our home YOUR home. You would have full access to the kitchen & living room areas, hot tub, media (game) room and all the general living space in our home. We have a 2-door garage with space for your vehicle. We are very clean, don't smoke, and don't party in our home - and we would ask the same of you. We have 2 small Maltese dogs (see pics) so we would not be able to accept any other pets. Since we will be living together, my daughter and I would want to interview you to see that we are somewhat compatible. The monthly rate would be $700 plus $75 utilities. Contract terms are negotiable.
